Returns or sets one of the constants of the XlAboveBelow enumeration, specifying if the conditional formatting rule looks for cell values above or below the range average or standard deviation. Possible return values are xlAboveAverage - Above average, xlAboveStdDev - Above standard deviation, xlBelowAverage - Below average, xlBelowStdDev - Below standard deviation, xlEqualAboveAverage - Equal above average, xlEqualBelowAverage - Equal below average.
