There are two fragment files that determine what info is in the headers to be inserted with new modules, procedures, properties and methods. In the Settings dialog you can select which fragment files are used as headers. Using the Fragment Editor you can alter these fragments to match your requirements.

Adding headers is a tradeoff. They may contain useful info, but the downside is they may clutter your code. You have to determine in which cases you want this additional text. The different builders let you make a default policy in the Settings dialog.
